Van-Far Indians Top Mexico in Cross Country Invitational at Vandalia

Van-Far's cross country teams swept the team titles at last Saturday's Audrain County Invitational hosted at the Vandalia City Park. The Indians' boys squad edged the Mexico Bulldogs 54-61, while Van-Far's girls won convincingly with 38 points.

Mexico junior Caleb Archer finished second overall in the boys race with a time of 17:02.

The next meet for both teams is the Mark Twain Invitational in Hannibal on September 6.
