Bulldogs Baseball Opens District Play Friday at Fulton

Mexico High School's baseball team heads to Fulton this Friday as the No. 2 seed in the Class 4 District 8 tournament. The Bulldogs, who finished the regular season 18-7, will face Hannibal in the first round at 4:30 p.m.

Head coach Dale Simmons said the team has been working on their pitching rotation all week.

Mexico won the district title last season, beating Fulton 3-2 in the finals.
